Mohenara LLC was founded by Umer Jamil to give small, independent practices complete billing without a billing department of their own. We code your visits, send the claims, post payments, follow up on unpaid claims and bill your patients, and you see every claim live.

Why Mohenara exists
A small practice either pays for a full-time biller or leaves billing to whoever has time. We do the complete billing instead, for a share of what we collect.

- Visibility
You should see your money in real time
Not in a report weeks later. Your dashboard shows every claim as it moves: what was billed and what was paid, what is still owed and how old it is, and what we need from you. You never have to chase anyone for a status.
- Prevention
The best denial is the one prevented upstream
Coverage and visit limits are checked before the visit. Every code and unit is checked against the documentation and the payer's rules before the claim goes out. Every underpayment is flagged. Fewer claims come back, and money arrives sooner.

Coding is our job, and so is getting it right
We code every visit from your clinician's signed note. When a note does not support a code, we ask your clinician to clarify. We check every code and unit against the payer's rules before the claim goes out, and we never upcode. We never ask a clinician to change a signed note to get a claim paid.
- Specialties
Billing rules are built specialty by specialty
A physical therapy claim and a dermatology claim are paid on different rules. We build and test each specialty's rules before it goes live. Physical therapy is live.

We sign a Business Associate Agreement with your practice first, and we follow the HIPAA Privacy, Security and Breach Notification Rules in how we handle your patients' information.

Your clinicians document where they do today. We work from your records, and you never move them to a new system.

You see everything, live
Every claim, payment, write-off and open question is in your dashboard, for the whole practice and for each patient. Plus a monthly summary.

Automation for the repetitive work, specialists for judgment
Checks, matching and tracking are automated. Our in-house billing specialists handle appeals, payer calls and anything that needs judgment.
